Canadian Health Food Association (CHFA)

The Canadian Health Food Association (CHFA) is Canada’s largest trade association dedicated to empowering and supporting over 1000 participating member businesses to promote the growth and advancement of the organic and natural health products industry.

Non-GMO Project

The Non-GMO Project is a non-profit organization committed to preserving and building sources of Non-GMO products, educating consumers, and providing verified Non-GMO choices.

Canada Organic Regime

The COR (Canada Organic Regime) is the Canadian government’s regulatory system for organic agricultural products. It has been developed to protect consumers against misleading or deceptive labelling practices; reduce consumer confusion about the definition of organic; facilitate access to foreign markets for Canadian organic products; support further development of the domestic market. 

Quality Assurance International

QAI (Quality Assurance International) is a leading USDA-accredited organic product certifying agency. Founded in San Diego, California in 1989, QAI has been an active leader in the organic industry, advocating for high integrity organic regulations since its beginning. QAI is committed to ensuring organic integrity at every link in the organic production chain and providing excellent customer service, domestically and internationally. Today, QAI is a member of the NSF International family of companies. From the land on which the product is grown, to the post-harvest facilities and processing plants, to the retail store where it is available for purchase. QAI brings organic industry knowledge and expertise to many sectors of the industry.

United States Department of Agriculture

USDA is the United States Department of Agriculture, the agency of government under which organic standards are enforced. CCOF and QAI are just two of over 50 certification agencies that certify material according to the NOP (National Organic Program) for the USDA.

California Certified Organic Farmers

CCOF (California Certified Organic Farmers) is more than just a certifier. CCOF is our partner in the organic movement.
